He and Victor worked diligently and thoroughly to replace our aging system, going above and beyond standard thresholds to test the components at various stages, and Steven even took the time to detail their efforts at the tail end of a long day - with pictures to provide context - to ensure my wife and I both understood the process and were satisfied with the result. The very next day, our zoned AC was handling outside temperatures in the 90s with no problem!
